Dental Radiation Safety
This training is designed for those individuals who are currently working in a dental office and want to be certified to take x-rays.
Spring 2023 Schedule:
- Section 95H: Online portion runs from January 9 - February 3 with clinical on February 4, 2023
- Section 96H: Online portion runs from February 13 - March 24 with clinical on March 25, 2023
- Section 97H: Online portion runs from April 3 - May 5 with clinical on May 6, 2023

Local Anesthesia for the Practicing Hygienist
This course is offered to Virginia licensed and employed Hygienists and is designed to teach the participant management of pain control through the use of local anesthetic agents and the administration of nitrous oxide and oxygen sedation. This is a hybrid course with online portion running approximately 3 weeks. Clinical will be held from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for 2 consecutive days.

Veterinary Assisting for Small Animals
Cost: $175
This class will now be offered in a hybrid format. Lecture materials will be delivered online and 8 hours of lab time will be required.
Space is limited to 10 participants.

The Basic Contractor Business Licensing Class is required by DPOR for anyone seeking an A, B, or C license for the first time.
